Is the free plan actually free?
Yes. One active event type and up to 50 bookings a month, with no card and no time limit. Emails carry a small Pencil footer.
What happens at the free booking limit?
New bookings pause until the 1st of next month (UTC), or until you upgrade. Bookings you already have are never touched.
Is there an annual plan?
No, monthly only. Cancel from the billing page whenever you like; you keep the plan until the end of the month you've paid for.
How do Team seats work?
Each seat is £15 a month on one invoice. Change the number of seats any time from the Stripe billing portal; Stripe prorates the difference.
Which payment methods do you take?
Cards and wallets through Stripe Checkout. Pencil never sees or stores your card number. Prices are in pounds sterling.
What if I downgrade?
Your event types and bookings stay. You're back to one active event type and the free booking limit, and reminders, custom questions and unbranded emails stop.
