Share a link. They pick a time.
A plain booking page for people who'd rather not email back and forth about Tuesday.
fig. 1 — the booking page, livetry it · nothing is booked
One link
trypencil.app/you lists your meeting types. People pick a day on a full-screen calendar, in their own time zone.
No double booking
Your weekly hours, buffers and notice rules are checked at the moment of booking, not just when the page loads.
Invites that land
Both sides get a calendar invite and a private link to cancel or reschedule. On Pro, reminders go out a day and an hour before.
